This was my first time watching these two teams face-off this CAC session and boy did they make it entertaining.
A quick run by Not A Dime Back was followed by a quick run for Ronin Blood Warriors after Kevin LaFrancis sunk both FTs to make it 12-13 after being down 2-10. On the other end, 2 ugly FTs by Andreas made it a 22-30 game. Jon Luster then went on to tie at 31 for the half.
NADB took control of the game in the second half effectively shutting down Kevin Nunez who is the current league points per game leader, and rightfully so as he put up 34 points of RBW’s 73. Dom Black responded to Nunez’s three triples in a row by getting his own, 54-49. Chris Connor had a big 5 pt play to end the game as he missed the and-1, Andreas nabbed the board and passed to Connor to make the deep bucket. Final score: NADB 73 - 68 RBW.
