If a Team or Draft League is cancelled due to too few teams, players or rental issues, all registered and paid players will be refunded within 5 business days of the league being cancelled.

All customers that wish to withdraw from a league or season that is paid for must do so before the posted “Payment Deadline” (1-2 Weeks prior to the start date of a season). A full refund on the league price (not including processing fees) will be given with written notice of intention to withdraw from the season prior to the given ‘Payment Deadline’ for a season. Customers can also choose to be given a credit on a future season if the amount paid in full.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used to pay the invoice. Refunds will be provided within 7-10 business days of the withdrawal from a league or season.

No refunds will be given after the ‘Payment Deadline’ has passed. All customers that withdraw from a league or season after the ‘Payment Deadline’ has passed will be given a prorated credit on a future season
