L&C VS Dadbods " Civale's big 2nd half lifts L&C"
Kielley was feugo coming out and scoring the first 7 pointsof this game. Sydorko finally stopped the bleeding with a momentum 3 7-3. Frano responded right away with a middy 9-3, then Eth to the rack to extend the lead to 13-3. Sydorko spin shot he wanted the foul "count that sht!' 13-5. Kielley was a bucket as he splashed anther 3, Frano lay in18-5. Los with a big 3 to keep them in it, but there goes that man Kielley with another splash 21-8. Sydroko 1-2, Civale post but Big dick Rich Carey with a money 3 24-11. Civale post, Los 3, Jet take but some buckets from Kielley/Frano Dadbods had the edge 28-22.
Eth filthy take, but Sydorko pretty spin move of his own 30-24. civale 3, then running the floor for 2, Eth too big too strong in the post, back ad fourth asJet finally flies in. Score would stay within 1 -2 points as its was a great playoff game, trading punches. Civale with cutting hoop finally gave them a 4pt edge 41-37. Eth off window, but Hnaks with big cutting hoop. Civale would hit a backbreaking baseline floater, Hanks cut, Sydorko TD pass to jet and that was ballgame 53-44.
Dadbods

Game three of week 8 was Dad Bod Elites taking on EJ’s Helldivers. Both teams are headed in opposite directions, as DBE came into this game losing their last two after starting the season 5-0. After a hellish, injury plagued start to the season, Helldivers have been rounding into form and came into this week winners of their last two. DBE was missing Etheridge, who has been playing at an MVP level this season and Helldivers were missing Butterworth.
Helldivers looked good to start things off, Kap had a tough and-1 and Ron was getting his spots off the dribble for midrange jumpers. DBE was getting buckets from Kielley, Glynn and Frano to keep the deficit manageable. Offense was at a premium early on as both teams were struggling to score. Helldivers maintained a single digit lead for the entirety of the first half despite some big threes from Glynn and Carey. EJ went into the half up 26-19.
Coming out the break Ej’s team continued to hold the lead. Kap and Skelley had the pick and roll game working and Skelley was controlling the glass. A three and bucket from Dias cut the lead to five. However, DBE continued to shoot themselves out of the game, and would finish out 4-28 from deep. Helldivers were not much better, but were doing enough on the defensive end to hang on to and eventually build on the lead. The lead would build to 10+ and EJ would walk away with their 2nd consecutive win and are looking strong heading towards the playoffs.
DBE
Frano D got thoroughly outplayed by Skelley
Sean B not a bad game overall
Dias C- the 10 boards are nice but a rough night shooting
Glynn C- had some nice stretches but spent a lot of time on the bench
Carey C would’ve liked a couple more threes to go down
Helldivers
Kap B solid game in all facets except the three ball
EJ C- did a lot of little things but very poor three point shooting
Ron A shot the ball well and played great defense
Skelley A+ one of the best games I have seen from Skelley, great defense and rebounded and finally some touch around the rim

Dadbods VS EZ " EZ tur clutch play into win"
Glynn got us going with a nice 3, Muprhy 1-2 3-1. Wein j ties it at 3. Hammond cut, Frano floater 5-5. Dias trey, Wein baseline J 8-7. Hammond middy, Frano Middy, Wein 3 makes it 12-10. Kielley cut and 1. Back and forth we went, in this highly competitive game score would never get further than 4 as the margin for error was razor thin. Kielley was ballign keeping Dad's in the game as he splashed a 3 it was 29-29. Glynn and Dias would make some clutch plays and they had they edge 37-34 half time.
Wein cut, Zeng 1-2 all tied up again 37.Dias midrange, Wein and 1 these teams just keep battling! Danner would give his squad some space with a nice take 56-53, but here comes Keilley and the dadbods again, as he would convert to layups and the lead was 57-56 for the Dadbods. Murphy 1-2, Wein spin shot, Glynn with spin shot of his own all tied again. Wein big clutch J, and then Muprhy was $ from the line to barley put this thing away 7--65.

Game 2 of Week 6 was a showdown between the two top dogs in the league, two undefeated teams in Cundall’s Big & Rich and Eth’s Dad Bods. Both teams were fully staffed for this clash of the Over30 titans.
The dynamic big man combo of JMul and Matt Roberts kicked things off with a pair of buckets for B&R but DBE responded with a tough floater from Eth and a 3 from Kielley. B&R went on a 10 point run, sparked by an and-1 from Cody, a three from Cundall and buckets by Roberts and J Mul. Roberts was having his way with Frano in the post early using his size and strength to get buckets down low. After another Cundall 3, B&R had a 7 point lead. The momentum shifted to DBE late in the first half as Eth and company closed the gap to 4. Stull got fouled on a three pointer late in the first half with a chance to cut the lead to 1, but unfortunately missed all 3 free throws and B&R went into the half up 4.
DBE made a push early in the second half after an Eth drive and kick found Dias for a nice corner 3. Eth and Frano had buckets and DBE were able to tie the game. Eth had a beind the back dine to Frano for an easy layup. Frano had a great second half, using his finesse around the rim on his way to 10 second half points. Midway through the 2nd half B&R had a two point lead. Cody hit 3 big three pointers late in the half to extend the lead and Roberts hit his 2nd three of the half to push the lead to nearly double digits. With 2 minutes left, Cody hit the front end of a 1 and 1 to put the lead up to 10 and that would be enough to put the game away. B&R remains undefeated at the top of the league.
B&R
Cundall B hit a couple threes but went o-fer at the free throw line. Solid on the defensive end with 3 steals.
Cody B+ was cold in the first half but his clutch shots late
Roberts A impressive double double from the big man and hit a couple of threes
Stull D could not buy a bucket
Fasano C socring was not there but had some nice passes
JMul A found lots of ways to impact the game without scoring
DBE
Eth B- passing was great but he is capable of more than 10 points
Glynn C hustled hard bubt couldn’t get his shots to fall
Dias C he is capable of way more
Kielley B liked what I saw from Sean shooting and running the floor
Carey C couldn’t get one to fall
Frano B+ made an adjustment in the 2nd half to find a way to score
