Last game of the season before playoffs and I think only one team had that in mind last night. Half way through the first half the Swerving squad were up 30 - 16. Ray K. and Kyle M. were looking to bury this game early. First 10 mins, Kyle had 4 threes and 3 ast Ray had 11 points 4 rebs. Lots of good ball movement for the Swerving team in the first. By the end of the half it was 46 - 32, Julius Swerving up.
The Backcourt Violatiors had a horrendous start the the second half. The team seems discombobulated in all aspects of the game. Nothing was falling for them the only bright spot for them was McGarrity who was hitting middies and getting to the line. On the other end the Swerving team were skipping their way to the finish line. With 9 mins remaining there was little to no hope left with a score of 76 - 39. Julius ended up closing this one out 96 - 46.

As a neutral, this was a great game to watch. Scoreline was a little bit deceiving as the margins were much closer throughout the game. Julius Swerving and Shrek and his Lads put on a display of high quality ball and it was very fun to watch. The 3pt shooting was clinical. First half was a little bit slow, but the second half was incredible and Shrek and his Lads (despite some iffy calls) pulled out the win 57-49 in the end. They are a great team to watch.

Slow start for Swerving without Ray Kluender. Boston Buckets, Kevin and Joe got off quick with the 3pt shooting and attacking the defense. Both teams displayed good ball movement. The Boston Buckets maintained a 10 point lead for the majority of the game. 4 mins left in the game Boston Buckets started to get away. While Julius Swerving was chucking up bricks from 3pt land.

Popko got it going for Julius Swerving knocking down back to back threes. Which in turn would lead to 10 mins of a 3pt barage coming down on Banging Down Low. Ray had a few thunderous blocks in the paint. Alec's solid first is honestly what his team in the game somewhat.
Second half Banging Down Low couldn't turn the heat up at all while they were continuosly sprayed from court by the Swerving squad. Gotta knock down freethrows and limit threes next time around.

After a forfeit for the eight o’clock game we have a good matchup between two teams who braved the cold to get some run in. It’s game time but not everyone is ready with Jeff (The long-time veteran) doesn’t have his CaC and Guy shouts at the table the score is wrong because they see extra points on the board. Check the rule book fellas, this rule has been in place since last year so get your shirt together. Ty with early back-to-back blocks and one leads to break away layup. Baker is in the building thou late as usual I’m looking for him to be the motor of his team. Guy is doing it all early but when he turns the ball over on a lazy pass Keith lets him know he’s disappointed in how sloppy it was. Looking to break the record for most steals in a game Ty has four in the first half and his team needed everyone of them, seeing the score tied at twenty-five. A very cold start for Keith has him hollering out instructions on the bench to start the second half. Being the first one in the first one in the gym (in the case of Kyle) it doesn’t matter, you can still come out and stink up the place from downtown. Plenty of Lotion is frustrated with the lack of movement as they appear to be two to three steps late every play and it leads to a ten-point deficit and them calling their last time out of the half. The strategy didn’t appear to work as out of the time out Yancy gets his shot blocked by Pop. In one of the greatest comeback Guy stays hot and pushes the game into overtime with a three pointer and a layup by Ty. Guy closes out Julius from the foul line in OT to give Plenty of Lotion.
