Corner Three rallied back and scrambled to win big in OT with an amazing logo three hit with 1.1 seconds left, 47-44.
Lexington Steals kicked off to a 9-14 start which was a low-scoring game for the first 15 minutes of the half. Andrew Pietro did a great job containing Pat Donovan in the first half as he only got off 5 points for the first half. The Pietro - Thomas Finkenstaedt - Eli Brick connection was off the charts last night as they scored 17 of the 23 points.
The second half was more in favor of Corner Three as Alex Mrusek made the game within 2 points at 27-29 with 12 minutes left in the game. Pat Ryan went on to tie at 29 in the next possession as they rallied back from a 12-point deficit. Matt Fothergill hits the triple to take their first lead of the game, 32-29. Jake Long had the second half of his W24 season as he tied at 39 with 1 minute left sending the game to OT. After a steady back and forth, an insane shot by Ryan somehow found the bucket to take the lead and end the game.

Another close game of the night in Corner Three vs Lexington Steals. Though much higher in the standings than Lexington Steals, it did not seem like it with how LS was playing last night, making it just short of the tie at the final buzzer down by a bucket.
Andrew Pietro ties at 14 points keeping it a close game from the start. From there on out, CT controlled the game more but was only able to create a 10-point lead at halftime.
The second half was a rally for LS. Eli Brick nails a 3 to make it a 7-point game with 15 minutes left, 38-47. Thomas Finkenstaedt then steals the ball, makes the layup, and secures the and-1 to make it a 1-possession game. On the other end, Alex Mrusek converted what should have been a 2-point bucket into a 4-point bucket by getting fouled on the layup, missing the second FT, getting the assist from Pat Donovan, and banking the triple. It was down to the wire as Pietro made the layup to make it a 1pt game forcing CT to take their last time out of the game. The final score was 58-60 with CT on top.

It’s almost playoff time and this is a great tune up game for both teams. Corner Three coming into the game with a six and one record and seeing easy prey in the Big Baller’s crew. That would prove to be not as easy as they would have liked as they saw Masel rip through Corner Three defense. With a three and three record Ballers have something to prove too so they are leaving it all on the floor tonight. Nobody wants to be below five hundred going into the playoffs. Pat started the game hot knocking down a couple a quick three’s putting Big Baller’s on their heels. There was little in the way of help thou from his teammates tonight given Big Baller Brand a easy win. Austin was killing Corner three all night, but the move of the night came in the second half when he goes behind his back and his defender at half court and makes uncontested left-hand layup. This adds insult to an already injured team, but Saan still comes to the table looking for an extra bucket for his stats. I mean come on man he didn’t bring not gifts or food just looking for a handout and I’m SMDH. Game is over but Big ballers are not done yet as still making shots and Sean asked the bench where is this when it really matter?

From the start of this one neither team could put the ball in from deep but Colin would keep Lab in the game getting offensive possession. Lab was leading most of the first half until Pat D. and Kent got hot. Mike made some key three’s to open the game up for Lab who would take a twenty point lead after halftime. This wasn’t Travis’s night as he couldn’t make a three (with exception of one hit in closing seconds) Alex was a beast on the boards all night cleaning up what looked like all misses from Corner Three. The Lab couldn’t catch up after being down so many points and the defense was no where to be found the loss was all but certain.
